  • Understand and teach deep science knowledge behind fatty15, including product safety, mechanisms of action, dosing, competition benchmarking, and efficacy that meet the high standards expected by healthcare providers.
  • Effectively communicate fatty15 science via one-on-one communications with healthcare providers, including at tradeshows and conferences.

Business Development and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop a revenue strategy that ensures strong sales, marketing and CX programs to grow the HCP business and gain sustainable revenue.
  • Set clear performance metrics and KPIs for brand-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and driving measurable results.
  • Work with internal teams (e.g. product, marketing, R&D) to ensure healthcare professionals have access to the latest research and product innovations.
  • Create business plans and partnership models that drive revenue growth through healthcare provider endorsements and recommendations.
  • Expand market opportunities by identifying new avenues for the company’s supplements to be integrated into health programs and wellness initiatives.

Healthcare Provider Partnerships & Outreach:

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers (e.g., doctors, nutritionists, wellness clinics) to promote the company’s supplements and integrate products into patient care.
  • Develop and execute a strategy for expanding the company’s presence within the healthcare sector, including partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks.
  • Identify and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to foster an impassioned community of advocates and partnerships to grow the company’s reputation in the healthcare community.

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment:

  • Ensure that all materials presented to healthcare providers are compliant with FDA regulations and other healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that the company’s marketing and educational efforts align with industry regulations.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a team focused on healthcare provider engagement, setting clear goals and KPIs to measure and ensure accountability and success.
  • Collaborate closely with all fatty15 marketing, sales, and product teams to align healthcare provider partnerships with overall business objectives.
  • Foster a team that aligns with the established culture of our founders and ensure that this leader is lockstep with the Seraphina leadership team, while pushing us to new levels at the same time.

Advocacy & Industry Representation:

  • Represent the company at key healthcare industry conferences, seminars, and events to promote products and deepen relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Lead efforts to position the company as a trusted healthcare partner, driving engagement through thought leadership and evidence-based support for the company’s products.
