HireBetter’s client specializes in consumer acquisition for the insurance industry.  They generate real time leads and hot inbound calls of people seeking quotes for all lines of insurance: Auto, Home, Health, Medicare, and Life Insurance.

The Role

As the Director of Growth, your mission is crystal clear: take charge of all revenue streams and distribution channels. You’ll be tasked with constructing the Growth department according to the Integrator’s blueprint within a specified timeframe, with the flexibility to make necessary personnel adjustments along the way. Your responsibilities will span leadership, management, and ensuring accountability within the growth team to meet the targets set by the Integrator. We are looking for a BUILDER of teams….Someone to establish and grow a world class Growth Department.

In addition, you’ll be instrumental in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with our overarching objectives. Utilizing CRM reports, you’ll provide invaluable insights to track progress and accurately forecast revenue projections. Your strategic focus will extend to maintaining a balanced vertical portfolio encompassing Health, Property & Casualty, Life, and Commercial sectors. At a granular level, you’ll ensure diversity among advertisers within each vertical, fostering a robust and resilient ecosystem.

Roadmap

  • Audit the current team
  • Work with Controller to establish competitive results driven compensation plan by month we will cover this for all employees with the comprehensive compensation plan in development
  • Create Growth Plan and assess staffing requirements
  • Assemble/Hire your team
  • MVP of Process/Procedure for Growth Department
  • Set up Salesforce Tracking for AM-BD
  • Create Forecast/Roadmap for Quarterly/Annual Goals NLT
  • Reduction of Cycle time to Active Account by day
  • Heave all Growth team members RP-RS NLT
