The Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts and drive the growth of our client. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for personal development. They will oversee all aspects of marketing, including branding, digital marketing, content creation, and customer engagement, to elevate our client’s brand and attract new members to our client’s community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve growth targets and increase brand awareness, including overseeing social media management.
  • Lead the creation of compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a particular focus on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Manage the social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement strategies to foster meaningful interactions and grow the online community.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and user-generated content.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leverage social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our client
  • maintains a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
  • Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify the social media presence and reach new audiences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance on strategy, content creation, and community management to drive results and foster a positive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the personal development or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and budgets.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
