Off Boarding: Cobra, term letters, sit in on local level terminations, Spreadsheet maintenance for management
Semi monthly payroll
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Paychex Flex
Setup all new hires in PayChex
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing semi-monthly cycles.
Calculate and enter wage information, garnishments, and other required data for payroll
Research and explain payroll policies and procedures.
Perform administrative functions including maintaining payroll files and forms.
3+ years of experience in a payroll role
Knowledge of current payroll laws and regulations for multi-state
Experience working in a critical deadline’ s environment
