The Role: Inside Account Manager
Location: Austin, TX
HireBetter’ s client is an investment fund manager providing real estate solutions to middle-market companies nationwide.
We are looking for a pre-MBA Associate who would like to join our client’ s acquisitions team. The position is full-time and will report to the Acquisitions Director.
- Analysis and distillation of data from diverse sources to make judgments as to the quality and value of real estate opportunities
- Assist in composing comprehensive Investment Committee memorandums
- Responsible for detailed real estate underwriting for each transaction
- Sourcing acquisition opportunities by cultivating relationships with professional advisors in various industries including investment banking, commercial banking and commercial real estate
- A distinctive academic record in finance, commercial real estate or another business-related field
- At least two (2) years cold calling/inside sales/relationship management experience
- An aggressive, bold attitude regarding business development; desire to consistently achieve top results
- Demonstrated success in cultivating relationships with high level executives and professional outside advisors
- A detail-oriented personality with strong organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel products
