The Role

We are currently seeking a recruiting coordinator with strong administrative assistant skills to support the interim team.  This is a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.  The ability to work efficiently while communicating complex information is needed.                                                                                                      
  • Sourcing appropriate job boards and websites to find active and passive candidates
  • Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, searches, and referrals
  • Maintain records of sourced candidates
  • Develop and continuously manage qualified candidate pipeline and provide status updates of available candidates to team
  • Prepare and correspond with candidates regarding contractor documentation
  • Document feedback from candidate in applicant tracking system  
  • Proof job descriptions, resumes and presentations
  • Check and prepare candidate references, upload documentation to applicant tracking system
  • Weekly applicant tracking system audit for compliance ensuring proper documentation and required documents are uploaded
  • Correspond with candidates regarding general questions, timesheets and pay information
  • Attend weekly update meetings
  • Assist in scheduling interviews, preps, debriefs, client visits and events
  • Assist in updates regarding project launches, project closes
  • Generates leads from conversations with candidates  
  • Order and track gift deliveries for new hires and clients
  • Special projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience working in a recruiting environment
  • Knowledgeable and comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
  • At least 3 years in a support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work at a fast pace with changing priorities
  • Excellent computer skills: MS Office Suite
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Ability to accurately and articulately document and edit client facing documentation  
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
