The Role:  Quality Assurance/Training Manager

Location:  Tri-State Area (Virtual Office)

The Role

The quality assurance and training manager will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the company’ s quality assurance systems and training activities throughout its operation on the east coast. He or she will be the primary person in charge of compliance with ISO 9001 and ensure its certificate is maintained. This role will promote recognition of company quality programs among customers and staff, as well as develop and implement employee communication and training programs in connection with the company’ s quality objectives, strategies and processes. The quality assurance manager also has responsibility for managing document control processes, conducting internal/external audits and coordinating interdepartmental activities. He or she oversees and addresses service quality issues and improve efficiency of quality-related processes and collaborates with operators in the field.

 

Responsibilities
  • Accompany business development managers on sales calls
  • Assist with development of project cleaning checklist
  • Attend business reviews or meetings with current accounts
  • Ensure compliance with IS Networld requirements
  • Help teams remain compliant with Environment, Health, and Safety Manual
  • Offer expertise as a QA consultant when needed
  • Oversee JSAs & JHAs
  • Participate in QA Committee Meetings
  • Supervision of post-construction cleans
  • Supervision of workers and customer service/communication
  • Train new managers and develop existing field supervisors

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer services
  • Demonstrated experience with quality assurance and training documentation
  • Strong people person
  • Ability to travel
  • Hands-on training will provided for the following: Respiratory Protection Program, Biological Safety Training (Bloodborne Pathogen Training), Fall Protection, AWP (Aerial Work Platform), Data-Center, Janitorial Basics,, Cleanroom & GMP
  • The following certifications are preferred:
  • ISO 14644
  • ISO 9001 Auditor
  • AWP Certification
  • Cleanroom Regulations and Monitoring
  • Cleaning and Disinfection Program to meet FDA & EMEA Standards
  • OSHA 10 & 30 HR
  • NASP Accident Investigation Technician
  • Fall Protection Trainer
  • cGMP, A Practical Approach
