The Role

We are currently seeking an Executive Recruiter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for client service to join our Interim Solutions team.   In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting Accounting/Finance, Human Resources and Senior Project Manager professionals to serve our clients in roles on an interim or project basis. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-performing professionals both in response to our current openings and on a proactive basis.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and candidates

  • Communicate with the clients/prospects and HireBetter relationship managers to understand the specifications for the search and agree upon the sourcing strategy and goals

  • Use sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, searches, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates

  • Maintain records of sourced candidates and document feedback from candidates in applicant tracking system

  • Develop and continuously manage qualified candidate pipeline and provide status updates of available candidates to team

  • Source, recruit, and interview qualified candidates for fulfillment of open jobs

  • Prepare job descriptions, resumes and candidate presentations

  • Present candidates to clients, including oral and written communication of qualifications/experience

  • Provide support for placement of candidates including, scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before the interview and debriefing following interview

  • Negotiate/close on pay/bill rates with candidates and clients

  • Prepare and complete candidate/client contracts

  • Check and prepare candidate references, upload documentation to applicant tracking system

  • Correspond with candidates regarding general questions, timesheets and payroll information

  • Manage ongoing engagements, including periodic meetings/calls with placed candidates and hiring managers; provide and document engagement status updates

  • Pursue new clients and new business opportunities

  • Special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting; agency recruiting with an accounting/finance focus preferred

  • Undergraduate degree preferred

  • Thorough understanding of social media recruitment, direct sourcing and search strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and approachable telephone/video presence

  • Works well in a collaborative team dynamic but can also deliver results independently

  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent computer skills: MS Office Suite

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provides and accepts feedback
